This website is operated by Blossom Hampers ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept those changes. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.
SECTION 1 - USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this site.
You must not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, upload viruses or harmful code, submit false information, or copy, resell or misuse any part of the website without our written permission.
We may refuse service to anyone, and may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Prices, products and descriptions may change without notice, and we may discontinue any product at any time.
We try to show product colours and images as accurately as possible, but screen displays may vary. Hamper contents may vary slightly based on availability, and items of equal or greater value will be used where needed.
We may correct any errors in pricing, descriptions or availability, and may cancel an order affected by such an error. Any payment for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND BILLING
We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that may be fraudulent. If we change or cancel your order, we will try to contact you using the details you provided.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and contact information so we can process and deliver your order.
SECTION 4 - DELIVERY
Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days. Deliveries are made on business days only. Please order early for Diwali and other special dates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, the recipient being unavailable, or events beyond our control. Re-delivery fees may apply.
SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Perishable items (such as food and flowers), personalised or custom orders, and sale items cannot be returned for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email blossomhampers7@gmail.com with photos as soon as possible and we will make it right.
SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
Our website may include third-party tools or links. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or services. Please review their terms before using them.
SECTION 7 - COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
Any feedback, reviews or ideas you send us may be used by us without obligation. You must not post anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes anyone's rights.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, secure or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blossom Hampers is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to indemnify Blossom Hampers against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or of any law.
SECTION 10 - GENERAL
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest will continue to apply. These Terms, together with our policies, are the entire agreement between you and us. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
SECTION 11 - DIWALI OFFERS
11.1 General Offer Terms
(a) All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
(b) Offers are available for a limited time and may be changed or withdrawn at any time with notice on our website. Orders confirmed before a change will be honoured.
(c) The two offers cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotion, discount code or voucher. Only one offer can be used per order.
(d) Offers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not apply to gift cards or shipping charges.
(e) Refunds on discounted orders are based on the price actually paid.
11.2 Flat 15% Off - Code BLOSSOM15 (Minimum 5 Hampers Above AUD 50)
(a) Get a flat 15% off when you buy a minimum of 5 hampers, each with a regular price above AUD 50 (before discount, excluding shipping).
(b) Enter code BLOSSOM15 at checkout before payment. The code cannot be applied after an order is placed.
(c) Hampers priced at AUD 50 or below are not eligible and do not count towards the minimum of 5 hampers.
(d) The code is valid for online orders on blossomhampers.com.au only and cannot be used on bulk orders or sale items. Standard shipping charges apply.
(e) If a refund means the order no longer has 5 eligible hampers, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the full price of the remaining items.
11.3 Bulk Orders – Up to 20% Off (Minimum 25 Hampers)
(a) Bulk discounts apply to a single order of a minimum of 25 hampers. The discount is up to 20%, based on quantity and hampers ordered, and will be confirmed in a written quote before payment.
(b) Bulk orders must be placed by calling +61 430 509 955, through our Bulk Order page, or by email. Please allow at least 10 business days before your required delivery date.
(c) Payment terms, including any deposit, will be set out in your quote. If the quantity drops below 25 hampers, the bulk discount will no longer apply.
(d) Customisation (such as logos, branding or personalised cards) and shipping are quoted separately.
(e) Customised or personalised bulk orders cannot be returned for change of mind.
